Ingredients
- • 300 g potatoes cubed
- • 150 g green peas
- • 200 ml tomato puree
- • 1 tsp cumin seeds
- • 0.5 tsp turmeric
- • 1 tsp red chili powder
- • 1 tbsp mustard oil
- • 1 piece hot coal for smoking
Cooking Steps

Heat oil, temper cumin, add potatoes and peas.

Add spices and tomato puree, pressure cook for two whistles.

Place burning coal in a small bowl inside, pour ghee to smoke.

Ingredients
- • 250 g red kidney beans soaked
- • 1 tsp ginger juliennes
- • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- • 1 tbsp pomegranate seed powder
- • 1 tsp black cardamom powder
- • 1 tbsp clarified butter
Cooking Steps

Boil beans until soft, drain excess liquid.
