Ingredients
- • 200 g Yellow Split Moong Dal
- • 300 g Fresh Spinach
- • 500 ml Water
- • 1 tbsp Ghee
- • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Steps

Wash the moong dal thoroughly and add it to the pressure cooker with water, salt, and turmeric.

Pressure cook for 4 whistles until the dal is soft.

Blanch the spinach, blend it into a smooth puree using the blender, and stir it into the cooked dal.

Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, and temper over the dal before serving.
