Ingredients
- • 300 g (15 pieces) Okra
- • 200 ml (1 cup) Whisked Yogurt
- • 1 tbsp Peanut paste
- • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- • 15 ml Oil
Cooking Steps

Sauté sliced okra in oil until lightly charred.

Blend yogurt with peanut paste and turmeric.

Temper mustard seeds in a small pan.

Add yogurt mix to okra.

Simmer for five minutes until thickened.
