Ingredients
- • 400 g (12 pieces) Okra
- • 150 ml (150 g) Thick Yogurt
- • 1 tsp Nigella seeds
- • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 1 tbsp Mustard oil
- • 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Steps

Slice okra into 5 cm lengths.

Heat oil in pressure cooker.

Splutter mustard and nigella seeds.

Sauté okra until slightly charred.

Whisk yogurt with spices.

Add yogurt to cooker.

Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
