Coorgi Pandi Curry (Pork)
Ingredients
- • 500 g Pork belly cubes
- • 2 tbsp Kachampuli vinegar
- • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
Cooking Steps

Pressure cook pork with turmeric and salt for three whistles.

Dry roast spices and grind into a coarse powder.

Sauté pork in blender-ground masala until dark and fragrant.

Stir in Kachampuli vinegar and simmer for five minutes.
