Ingredients
- • 300 g Basmati Rice
- • 500 ml Water
- • 100 ml Coconut Milk
- • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- • 10 g Curry Leaves
Cooking Steps

Rinse rice thoroughly in water.

Place rice, water, and coconut milk in a pressure cooker.

Pressure cook for 3 whistles.

Temper mustard seeds and curry leaves in oil and fold into cooked rice.
