Coconut Rice

Ingredients

  • 300 g Basmati Rice
  • 500 ml Water
  • 100 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 10 g Curry Leaves

Cooking Steps

Rinse rice thoroughly in water.

Place rice, water, and coconut milk in a pressure cooker.

Pressure cook for 3 whistles.

Temper mustard seeds and curry leaves in oil and fold into cooked rice.
