Ingredients
- • 300 g Mutton (boneless, thinly sliced)
- • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- • 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
- • 10 g Curry leaves
- • 5 g Ginger-garlic paste
- • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
Cooking Steps

Pressure cook sliced mutton with salt and water for three whistles.

Heat oil, temper fennel seeds and curry leaves.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cooked mutton.

Sauté until dry; sprinkle black pepper powder and serve hot.

Ingredients
- • 200 g Hard-boiled eggs
- • 100 g Sliced onions
- • 50 g Chopped tomatoes
- • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
Cooking Steps

Heat coconut oil; sauté onions until golden brown.

Add tomatoes, turmeric, and chili powder; cook until soft.

Add boiled eggs and toss gently to coat in masala.
