Bihari Sattu Chokha Mash

Ingredients

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 100 g roasted gram flour
  • 15 ml mustard oil
  • 5 g chopped garlic
  • 1 pinch salt

Ingredients

  • 500 g beef ribs
  • 10 g ginger paste
  • 10 g garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder

Cooking Steps

Heat mustard oil in pressure cooker.
