Ingredients
- • 400 g potatoes
- • 100 g roasted gram flour
- • 15 ml mustard oil
- • 5 g chopped garlic
- • 1 pinch salt

- • 500 g beef ribs
- • 10 g ginger paste
- • 10 g garlic paste
- • 1 tbsp mustard oil
- • 1 tsp cumin powder
- • 1 tsp red chili powder
