Bihari Dahi Chana Dal

Ingredients

  • 150 g Chana Dal
  • 200 ml (1 cup) Curd
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 300 ml Water

Cooking Steps

Soak chana dal in water for 30 minutes.

Pressure cook dal with turmeric and water for 4 whistles.

Whisk curd until smooth and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.

Pour cooked dal into the pan.

Add curd and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
