Ingredients

  • 150 g Chana dal
  • 500 ml Water
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1 tsp Panch phoron

Cooking Steps

Pressure cook dal with turmeric and water for three whistles.
