Bengali Chire-er Pulao (Flattened Rice Stir-fry)
Ingredients
- • 200 g Flattened rice
- • 50 g Roasted peanuts
- • 30 g Green peas
- • 15 ml Mustard oil
- • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 0.5 tsp Sugar
Cooking Steps

Rinse flattened rice quickly and drain thoroughly.

Heat mustard oil in a pan, add peanuts and peas.

Toss in rice, turmeric, and sugar.

Stir fry on medium heat for four minutes until warm.
