Bengali Chire-er Pulao
Ingredients
- • 150 g Beaten rice (Chire)
- • 50 g Green peas
- • 20 g Roasted peanuts
- • 1 pinch Turmeric
- • 5 ml Mustard oil
Cooking Steps

Rinse chire briefly in sieve.

Heat oil in pan, sauté peas.

Add turmeric, chire, and salt.

Toss for 3 minutes, top with peanuts.
