Bengali Basanti Pulao
Ingredients
- • 200 g Gobindobhog rice
- • 300 ml water
- • 1 tbsp ghee
- • 0.5 tsp turmeric
- • 10 g raisins
Cooking Steps

Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes, then drain thoroughly.

Heat ghee in pressure cooker; sauté rice with turmeric.
