Baked Karuveppilai (Curry Leaf) Semolina Squares
Ingredients
- • 200 g Semolina
- • 10 g Fresh curry leaves, minced
- • 200 ml Coconut milk
- • 5 ml Coconut oil
- • 1 pinch Salt
Cooking Steps

Whisk semolina, curry leaves, coconut milk, and salt.

Pour into a lined baking tray.

Bake at 180C for 15 minutes until firm.

Cool and cut into bite-sized squares.

- • 200 g Boiled chickpeas, patted dry
- • 5 ml Sunflower oil
- • 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- • 1 pinch Cumin powder
- • 1 pinch Salt
Cooking Steps

Toss chickpeas with oil and mild spices.
