Ingredients

  • 200 g Basmati Rice
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Shahjeera
  • 2 Green Cardamoms

Cooking Steps

Soak rice for 10 minutes.

Heat ghee, temper spices, add rice and water.
