Ingredients
- • 100 g Drumstick
- • 100 g Elephant Foot Yam
- • 100 g Raw Banana
- • 100 g Carrot
- • 100 g Fresh Coconut grated
- • 2 Green chillies
- • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 10 ml Coconut oil
- • 5 Curry leaves
Cooking Steps

Cut all vegetables into 2-inch long batons.

Pressure cook vegetables with turmeric, salt, and minimal water for 1 whistle.

Blend coconut, green chillies, and cumin seeds into a coarse paste.

Add the coconut paste to the cooked vegetables and simmer for 3 minutes.

Drizzle raw coconut oil on top and garnish with curry leaves.

Moong Dal Tadka
Ingredients
- • 100 g Split yellow moong dal
- • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- • 1/2 tsp Ghee
- • 2 Dry red chillies
Cooking Steps

Wash and pressure cook the dal with water and salt for 3 whistles.

Heat ghee in a small pan, add mustard seeds, dry red chillies, and asafoetida.

Pour the tempering over the cooked dal and stir gently.
