Ingredients
- • 100 g Yam
- • 100 g Drumstick
- • 100 g Raw plantain
- • 100 g Carrot
- • 50 g Grated coconut
- • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- • 5 Curry leaves
Cooking Steps

Cut all vegetables into thin strips.

Pressure cook vegetables with salt, turmeric, and minimal water for 1 whistle.

Blender: Pulse coconut, cumin, and green chilies into a coarse paste.

Add paste to the cooked vegetables, simmer for 2 mins, drizzle coconut oil, and garnish with curry leaves.

Ingredients
- • 100 g Moong dal
- • 250 ml Water
- • 0.5 tsp Mustard seeds
- • 2 Dried red chilies
- • 1 tbsp Ghee
- • 0.5 tsp Asafoetida
Cooking Steps

Pressure cook moong dal with water and turmeric until soft.

Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, red chilies, and asafoetida.

Pour the tempering over the cooked dal and mix well.
