Assamese Khar with Raw Papaya

Ingredients

  • 300 g Raw Papaya cubes
  • 50 ml Khar liquid
  • 10 g Mustard oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 200 ml Water

Cooking Steps

Heat mustard oil, splutter mustard seeds in pressure cooker.

Add papaya, water, and khar liquid.

Pressure cook for two whistles until tender.

Mash gently and serve warm.
