Ingredients
- • 400 g Colocasia root
- • 30 ml Coconut oil
- • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
- • 1 tsp Salt
- • 5 g Curry leaves
Cooking Steps

Pressure cook colocasia for two whistles.

Peel skin and slice into thick rounds.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Toss in colocasia slices.

Add turmeric, chili powder, and salt.

Roast until crispy and golden brown.
