Aracha Masala Milagu Rasam
Ingredients
- • 250 ml (1 cup) Water
- • 50 g (1 medium) Tomato
- • 1 tsp (1 tbsp) Black Peppercorns
- • 5 g (1 tsp) Cumin seeds
- • 2 g (1 pinch) Asafoetida
- • 10 g (2 tsp) Tamarind pulp
Cooking Steps

Blend peppercorns, cumin, and tomatoes into a coarse paste.

Boil tamarind pulp in 250 ml water.

Add ground paste, turmeric, and asafoetida.

Simmer until froth forms, then remove from heat.
