Andhra Kodi Vepudu (Spicy Chicken Fry)
Ingredients
- • 400 g Chicken thighs, chopped
- • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- • 10 Curry leaves
- • 2 tsp Red chili powder
- • 1 tsp Coriander powder
- • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
Cooking Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves until they crackle.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.

Add chicken and cook on high heat for 5 minutes until it changes color.

Add all dry spices and mix thoroughly to coat the chicken.

Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes until chicken is tender and edges turn crispy.

Finish by tossing in fresh curry leaves and serve.
