Ingredients
- • 150 g Toor dal
- • 200 g Fresh gongura leaves
- • 500 ml Water
- • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 2 tsp Red chili powder
- • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- • 30 ml Oil
Cooking Steps

Pressure cook dal, gongura, turmeric, chili powder with water.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds to crackle.

Pour tempering over the cooked dal mash and mix well.
